Me and my husband were your guests in early 1999 (we did a Water Supply Project for several towns in Bhutan, including Bhumtan, for the World Bank) and I remember whenever you serve us our lunch or dinner, that you always served us this beautiful beef stew. I remember that it was a mother and daughter who used to cook the beef stew. We were so taken by the taste that I am now requesting you to please send me, by email, the recipe for that stew. I am not sure if that was a Swiss beef stew, or Bhutanese beef stew.
